Stewart Valuation Intelligence’s VALIDITY Pro team was selected for the Chairman’s Award for positioning VALIDITY Pro, SVI’s mobile inspection app verified by both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, as a crucial component in supporting Valuation Modernization.
Developed by the SVI team, VALIDITY Pro is a proprietary application that enables SVI brokers and agents to collect the Uniform Property Dataset (UPD) that satisfies the needs of both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae with a single inspection.
VALIDITY Pro was an integral initiative to SVI’s strategy of being a world-class solutions provider to the industry. Given the dynamic changes in the valuation industry, responding with an innovative, technology-driven solution was imperative. VALIDITY Pro positioned SVI to support our lenders’ demand for innovative solutions.
From the onset, client feedback was key, understanding the customer’s current and future needs. In the end, the team rose to the challenge that only a small handful of other companies were able to accomplish, creating a product with a professional look and feel, ease of use, and training that is world-class.
VALIDITY Pro guides the Broker/Agent seamlessly through a full visual inspection and electronic floor plan process, collecting a comprehensive set of property photos and needed commentary. This verified mobile inspection app also includes built-in rules to ensure the process is complete. Most importantly, our customers don’t have to rely on unknown third-party providers.
The application has undergone numerous GSE required updates and efficiency improvements since release, continuing to support the GSEs’ appraisal modernization efforts. Congratulations to all team members on this impressive accomplishment!
