A property inspection helps the real estate professional gain insights into the property’s condition and characteristics. The inspection report addresses subject and neighborhood conditions, marketability and other influences on market value.

The inspection and market data is then used to choose the most appropriate comparables. The iAVM then uses the chosen comps/condition information to develop an accurate, unbiased and supported condition-based market value.
