Obtaining quality BPO valuations is crucial to many servicing and capital market operations. We have been a national leader and provider of BPOs since their inception in the early 1990s. Today, our Valuation Intelligence Platform is built on Intelligent Quality Control (IQC), our proprietary rules-based engine that provides real-time feedback and workflow to address all errors and exceptions. The result: better quality, faster turn time, more transparency and less rework post-delivery. IQC does not replace our manual QC process, it empowers it.

Our BPOs are also powered by Integrated Market Data (IMD), which seamlessly integrates MLS and public record data directly into our forms platform. Working with IQC, IMD is why SVI has the most accurate and timely reports in the industry.

When to Order a BPO

SVI offers a full array of standard and customizable BPO products. We work with you to select the best product to meet your needs and purpose. All submitted BPO reports are carefully reviewed against a set of comparable sales data that includes sale dates, location, style, age, condition, dwelling and lot size. When merited, reports also include addendums detailing exceptions and how they may affect valuation and risk. BPOs provide an anticipated sales price and are most often used for:
