Accurate Residential Real Estate Valuation Options for your Securitization or Loan Pool Sale

The Securities and Exchange Commission is probing home values in private equity bond deals, specifically investigating if certain BPOs used to value the underlying assets were unjustly inflated.

If your company has concerns over the use of your current provider’s BPOs, Pro Teck offers a range of accurate solutions that can meet your needs, including:

  • Appraisal Desktop with Inspection (ADI). ADI is a national hybrid appraisal product for securitizations when there’s a need for a market value provided by a licensed real estate appraiser. With more than forty-thousand reports delivered to date, ADIs have become a staple in the industry.
  • Pro Teck Evaluation. The Pro Teck Evaluation provides a market value and can be used in the 34 states where evaluations are permitted under state law.
  • The Pro Teck BPO. Pro Teck’s Intelligent Quality Control process helps to highlight issues before the BPO is delivered, including appropriate comparable selection, leading to better reports and tighter values. And as a further safeguard, our broker/agents can have no affiliation with the property they are evaluating.

“If you’re searching for valuation alternatives that meet more stringent risk and regulatory demands, Pro Teck has a range of accurate, compliant and economical solutions,” said Tom O’Grady, CEO of Pro Teck Valuation Services. “Talk to us, we can help you find the best solution for your deal.”

Pro Teck offers a full suite of valuation solutions, including Data & Analytics, BPOs, Evaluations, Desktops and Field Appraisal products. To learn more about ADI and Pro Teck’s full suite of real estate valuation products, click here to schedule a demo.
