Overview

When performing a valuation, appraisers and brokers have traditionally used their own MLS and public record sources for their research, then rekeyed that data into the form they are working on. This process is both time-consuming and prone to data entry errors, and leaves less time for the more critical tasks like market analysis and reconciliation commentary.

SVI’s Integrated Market Data (IMD) brings this needed information into its valuation forms automatically, including MLS data for 95% of the U.S. market, deed information and market trends. Integrating this otherwise disparate data directly into our forms means fewer transcription errors, less time rekeying data and more time for analysis. The result?
