The Property Report is the foundation of modernization
Today’s appraisal modernization efforts start with a report that assesses a home’s condition and creates an electronic floor plan. This report can be used whether you qualify for an appraisal waiver program or a hybrid appraisal product from either GSE.
VALIDITY Pro, part of our family of remote inspection tools, enables SVI brokers and agents to collect the Uniform Property Dataset (UPD) that satisfies the needs of both GSEs with a single inspection.
